I just started using Gobbler.

It’s basically a cloud service for audio file backups and transfers.

I think I’ll wind up using it a lot for transfering files, but I’m not so sure for backup. This is for a couple of reasons:

(1) oh my god i have sooo many recordings that are just half-assed ideas that never went anywhere. Why would I upload them to a cloud? I thought I had a complete recording of a bunch of songs, and it turns out I just finished scratch tracks on each of them and never finished. Ugh! Well goddam it my own stuff always, always comes last.

(2) Upload time is not a joke.

It seems as if I’m really going to have to get organized in order to use Gobbler efficiently.

But it is super cool!
